Hey folks, On the 30th April 2014, an issue with the PlayStation Home platform caused the Redeeminator to take crowns from some users without granting them the item they had attempted to redeem. This issue has now been fixed by Sony Computer Entertainment and you can redeem your crowns as normal. If you redeemed any items in exchange for crowns between 30th April 2014 and 1st May 2014, but did not receive them, you can use the form linked below to ask Lockwood to investigate your transaction. If our records indicate that you are owed items from the Redeeminator, we will manually deliver those items to you. If you made multiple purchases of the same item, we will manually deliver that item to you plus any additional crowns you are owed from duplicate purchases.
